As VIOLET ANCEL (“Look Project”), in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), in our capacity as Data Controller, we provide you with the following information within the framework of our obligation to inform under the KVKK, regarding the methods and legal reasons for collecting Personal Data, our methods and policy for protecting Personal Data, examples of processed Personal Data, the identity of the data controller, the purposes of processing Personal Data, the transfer of Personal Data to third parties and/or abroad, and the rights granted under the KVKK.

1- Our Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reasons

In accordance with the KVKK, we collect Personal Data through automatic or non-automatic means, orally, in writing, or electronically, and process it within the scope of KVKK Article 5.1, Article 5.2, Article 6.2 and Article 6.3.

The Personal Data shared with Look Project through the channels mentioned in the Disclosure Text will be processed in accordance with the legislation on the protection of Personal Data, especially the KVKK, and the periods stipulated in other legislation, provided that the above legitimate purposes do not cease to exist.

5- Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties and/or Abroad

In accordance with KVKK Article 11, by applying to Look Project; you have the right to learn whether your Personal Data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your Personal Data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom your Personal Data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request the correction of your Personal Data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data if the reasons requiring their processing disappear, to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom Personal Data is transferred in case of correction, deletion or destruction of your Personal Data, to object to a result against you if your processed Personal Data is analyzed exclusively through automated systems, to demand the compensation of damages if your Personal Data is processed unlawfully and you suffer damage due to this. Look Project will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In case an additional cost arises for the finalization of the requests by Look Project, the fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested by Look Project. We would like to emphasize that in cases where your Personal Data is processed with explicit consent, if you withdraw your explicit consent, you will be removed from the membership/loyalty program for which the processing based on explicit consent is necessary, and you will not be able to benefit from the advantages you gained through such processing as of the relevant date.
