This Membership Agreement is between Violet Angel and Seret Berkün Adi Ort., operating at Halaskargazi Mah. Rumeli Cad. Şelale Apt. 29/6 Şişli Istanbul, which operates on the www.lookproject.net website, and the person who is a member of the www.lookproject.net website (hereinafter referred to as “Member”).

The subject of this Agreement is Look Project's ownership of;

1. Look Project membership;
2. to determine the principles regarding the use of the services offered through the website www.lookproject.net by member users and to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.
3. The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that all personal and other information provided while becoming a member of the www.lookproject.net website is true before the laws, that they will update this information if it changes, and that Look Project will indemnify all damages it incurs due to the untruthfulness of this information immediately and exactly.
4. The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes to comply with legal regulations and not to violate them while using the www.lookproject.net website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will be entirely and exclusively binding on the Member.
5. The ideas and thoughts declared, written, and used by members on the lookproject.net site are entirely the personal views of the members and bind the owner of the view. These views and thoughts have no relation or connection with Look Project. Look Project has no responsibility for any damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and views that the member will declare on the website, or for any damages that the Member may suffer due to the ideas and views that third parties will declare.
6. The Member has agreed not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising therefrom belong entirely to the Member.
7. Look Project always and unilaterally reserves the right to delete or suspend the Member's membership, and delete files, documents, and information belonging to the Member when necessary. The Member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, Look Project has no responsibility.
8. Some information such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to access the site, the date and time of access to the site, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the website that provides direct connection to the site may be collected by Look Project for the improvement and development of the www.lookproject.net website and/or within the framework of legal regulations. Look Project may use the personal information of the Members, and share it with 3rd parties/institutions/organizations, in order to provide better service to its members, improve its products and services, facilitate the use of the portal, and conduct studies aimed at the special preferences and interests of the members. Look Project reserves the right to keep a record of the actions performed by the Member on the www.lookproject.net internet shopping portal. The Member declares that they consent to Look Project performing all these tasks. For more detailed information on the collection and processing of personal data, please read the “Preliminary Information on the Collection and Processing of Personal Data”.
9. Measures have been taken within the available possibilities to ensure that the lookproject.net website is free of viruses and similar malicious software. In addition, for ultimate security, the user must provide their own virus protection system and ensure the necessary protection. In this context, the Member is deemed to have accepted that they are responsible for all errors that may occur in their software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences by entering the www.lookproject.net website.
10. Look Project may unilaterally change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without any prior notice and/or warning. Every provision that is changed, updated, or abolished will be effective for all members on the date of publication.
11. The person who becomes a member of the lookproject.net shopping portal declares and accepts that they have given prior permission to Look Project to offer product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, advantages, surveys, and other customer satisfaction applications, to send SMS, MMS, e-mail or documents on these matters, to display push notification messages on their computer, and to make calls by phone, within the scope of current and/or future practices. Look Project, in accordance with this membership agreement, has the authority to send information e-mails to the electronic mail addresses registered with it and information SMS to their mobile phones, and the Member, by approving this membership agreement, accepts, declares and undertakes that they will be deemed to have accepted the sending of information e-mails to their electronic mail address or information SMS, MMS to their mobile phone and consents to these operations.
12. The Member declares and accepts that they allow Look Project to collect their personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information given in the past and/or to be given in the future, when becoming a member of the www.lookproject.net portal and/or by other means, for the purposes mentioned above, to be used, archived and, if deemed necessary, shared by Look Project, by companies processing this data on behalf of Look Project, or by Look Project's dealers or franchisees or infrastructure providers, for purposes such as providing special advertisements, campaigns and other benefits to the Member, sending commercial electronic messages, survey and telesales applications, statistical analyzes. The Member declares and accepts that they will not make any claim with the allegation of having suffered direct and/or indirect material and/or moral negative and/or positive, in short, any damage due to the collection, sharing, use, archiving, and access to the aforementioned information, and will not hold Look Project responsible.
13. If the Member wishes to change their data sharing preferences and/or cancel their membership, they can submit this request in writing to info@lookproject.net. The Member has the right to request information on whether their personal data is processed by Look Project, if processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, to request correction of data if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation, to request notification of correction/deletion/destruction operations to third parties to whom data is transferred, provided that it is not impossible or does not require disproportionate effort, to object to a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, to request compensation for damages if they suffer damage due to illegal processing of their data, and also to request prevention of communication with them from Halaskargazi Mah. Rumeli Cad. Şelale ap.29/6 Şişli Istanbul / Turkey.
14. In matters not covered by this Agreement, the provisions of legal regulations will apply.

This agreement will remain in force until the Member cancels their membership by providing written notice at least 10 days in advance, or until their membership is canceled by Look Project. Look Project may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the Member's membership at any time.

Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes related to this agreement.

The Member's registration as a member means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force mutually at the moment the member becomes a member.
